Third-party website tools
Some pages include embedded content from other services, such as maps or reviews. When that content loads, your browser sends request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to its provider. The provider may use cookies or browser storage. Embedded content operates separately from the optional analytics and advertising controls.
Chat assistant
The website chat assistant answers questions using replies generated by Anthropic's AI service. You can choose to share contact information and details about the work you need so we can follow up. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat messages and any details you provide. Those details are also sent to our LeadConnector / HighLevel customer relationship management system. The chat assistant cannot book a call.
Your honest reviews
These terms do not restrict or penalize you for posting an honest review, including a negative review. We will not use threats or intimidation to prevent you from posting an honest review or to force you to remove it.
We do not pay for reviews or endorsements or offer review incentives on this website.
Withdrawing consent to calls or texts
If you have consented to calls or texts, you can withdraw that consent by any reasonable method that clearly tells us you do not want further calls or texts. You can reply to a text with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You are not required to use only one method. We will honor your request within a reasonable time, no later than ten business days after we receive it.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. The venue for disputes about these terms is state or federal courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts.
Changes
We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
