We use this information to respond to your request. Form details are sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel. Our estimate form asks you to agree to contact about your estimate by phone, text, or email.
When you use the chat assistant, we collect the messages you type. If you choose to share them, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and details about the work you need. Anthropic's AI service processes your messages to generate replies. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep the chat transcript and the details you provide. These details are also sent to LeadConnector / HighLevel so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
Our website collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on the site. Our tools also collect information such as approximate location, the ad or campaign that brought you here, and cookie or browser identifiers. Our hosting provider processes standard request information, including IP addresses in server logs.
How we use and share information
